Why the name? Well, you’ll see after I list the ingredients. Ingredients: 2 heads Romaine, 3 large Italian tomatoes, 1 whole naval orange, 1 pkg. kielbasa smoked sausage, 4 strips of bacon cooked to a crisp and crushed, 1/2 cup Bernstein’s Chardonnay Citrus with Basil and Garlic Dressing (Or any garlic ranch dressing), 1 tsp crushed black pepper with some chunks (NOT finely chopped), 1 handful torn parsley, 1 shallot (red) thinly sliced, 1/4 cups sunflower seeds and the best part…. 5 cups of BBQ potato chips!…………..cut up the lettuce in 1 inch strips, the tomato into 8 slices each, the sausage in half moon 1/4 inch slices. Put all in a bowl, squeeze orange juice, toss then refrigerate for 10 minutes. Before serving, distribute dressing on top; add sliced shallot, crushed pepper, sunflower seeds, parsley and crushed bacon, and toss. Then the topper… Medium crushed BBQ potato chips. Eat up, it’s delicious!
