To prepare jumbo prawns, thaw, peel and sprinkle some salt. Place on the grill until cooked. To accomplish a smoked flavor, use hickory chips and charcoal for grilling.
Right before serving, brush on some sweet and spicy sauce (May be purchased at any store in the Asian aisle – Sweet chili sauce). Place over a bed of steamed rice, squeeze some lime over, sprinkle some chopped cilantro and serve.
