Some say there are 7 steps to happiness.
Think less, feel more… Frown less, smile more… Talk less, listen more… Judge less, accept more… Watch less, do more… Complain less, appreciate more… Fear less, love more.

My only step for happiness is this: appreciation. I appreciate everything that happens in my life especially the bad. It makes a good so much more sweeter and it leads to more appreciation.
That is so true.
Thinking about that strawberry drink….how was mine?
No steps, just appreciating whats around me 🙂
This reminds me of my mother-in-law’s favorite saying. “More wagging, less barking.” I think it pretty much sums it up.
No steps, just thinking happy thoughts and being grateful for everything good and bad in my life.
I learnt 9 steps of happy success from one of favourite poem by Ralph Waldo Emerson.
SUCCESS
1) to laugh often and much
2) to win the respect of intelligent people
3) and affection of children;
4) to earn the appreciation of honest critics and
5) endure the betrayal of false friends;
6) to appreciate beauty,
7) to find the best in others;
8) to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child a garden patch or redeemed social condition;
9) to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
