When your mind starts to wander, it’s just taking a break from too much wondering. ~Christine Sternfels
…
Daydreaming is my favorite pastime. Ever since I can remember, it was a place of comfort for me. As an artist, everywhere I look stirs ideas that get me wondering on how to change, improve or recreate something. Always thinking, always creating something in my head. So when I need to take a break from wondering…. I simply let my mind wander.
I find that as adults we do not daydream as much – which is a pity as sometimes we need the contentment that this activity can bring. So lets dream on …
i love to daydream too. it brings such a quiet peace to you, doesn’t it? some of my best ideas come from those times!
Yes, daydreaming is a good pastime – especially for the artisitc mind!
I love to daydream! Nice photo Christine!
Thanks Mizz Babs.
Big daydreamer here.. After reading your last post I could not help but day dream about what life must be like out in the pacific northwest. I envision rain 3 to 4 days a week but fresh air.. 🙂
It rains all year but is only miserable from November to March. Spring is a tease. Summers are just beautiful. Fall is enchanting and Winter… well winter is cold and grey. But you’re right about the fresh air, that’s 365 days a year of clean air!
