We shouldn’t wait for this time of the year to reflect on our past to better ourselves for the coming year.  This we should do as often as we can so our goals can be more attainable and realistic.  So I ask myself, what can I do today that will make me a better person next week?  If I do this every week, I will have made 52 small improvements so when I reflect on my past, it is to celebrate my achievements and not to remind myself of what I failed at or was short on.  ~ Christine Sternfels
